RSU 3 uses virtual learning to boost family literacy
Taking advantage of Internet connectedness, RSU #3 (Thorndike) in Maine uses the CASAS online assessment and data management system (TOPSpro Enterprise / eTests Online) to enhance learning results, as do several other partners in its award-winning Virtual Learning Center (VLC).
