Background: Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE) requires all funded Adult Education programs to follow up twice on all students who exit their program: at 2 quarters (between 90 and 180 days) and 4 quarters (between 270 and 365 days) after exit. TOPSpro Enterprise will help identify the groups of students who are required to complete the Employment and Earnings Follow Up Survey quarterly. Students who have a Social Security Number on file are not required to be surveyed.
To complete the requirements your agency should:
- Prepare your data
- Save your exit population using the NRS Core Performance Wizard
- Send required surveys
- View and manage current quarter invitations
- Personally contact students who don’t respond
Details on how to complete the requirements can be found below.
