Connect to Your Online Account
The first time you access your agency's online account, you must log in and change your password. CASAS creates a user account for the TE data manager, who is responsible for creating user accounts for all other staff who need access to CASAS eTests and TOPSpro Enterprise (TE).

Go Live!
Proctors play a crucial role in ensuring that testing is conducted fairly and uniformly for all test takers. By fairly, we mean that each test taker has the same opportunity to succeed. Uniformly, we mean that each testing event is conducted in the same manner.

Retrieve Results and Generate Reports
CASAS test results can help identify what students need to learn and assist teachers in focusing classroom instruction. Proctors and coordinators can easily retrieve test results directly from CASAS eTests. Retrieving test results from TE requires access granted by your agency.

Manage Test Interruptions
In certain circumstances, a proctor may need to interrupt a test in progress. Proctors should follow the local assessment policy at their agency for permissible interruptions that are not likely to compromise the security or integrity of the test. For unresolved irregularities, submit a Testing Irregularity Report (TIR) to CASAS.

Monitor Test Units (TEU/WTU)
CASAS eTests units are not test or program-specific, and they never expire. Use TOPSpro Enterprise (TE) to monitor overall usage and track usage by site, program, and test modality. Order online to quickly replenish TEUs or WTUs.
