Accessing/Navigating TE


To use the many features of TOPSpro Enterprise (TE), you must know how to find them by navigating through the menus. TE uses the same type of menu system that you see in most Windows-based applications.

Finding & Editing Information


The CASAS Online System functions like a web browser to fetch information and display on the screen in tabbed pages. Using tabs as a navigational tool is a feature that allows you to switch between multiple pages of information.

Site Records


TE Data Managers are responsible for adding Sites to a TOPSpro Enterprise (TE) account. Sites represent physical locations where instruction, training, administrative functions, and testing occur. CASAS eTests must be enabled for online testing sites.

User Accounts


The TE Data Manager is responsible for adding User Accounts for staff and enabling access to CASAS eTests, TOPSpro Enterprise (TE), or both. Access to the Teacher Portal must be enabled on a User Account linked with a Personnel record. The TE data manager can add as many users as needed for your program’s online account.

Student Records

Scanning Records

Data Exchange
