Summer Institute Terms and Conditions

The 2022 Summer Institute will be a hybrid conference with in-person or virtual attendance.

Registration Confirmation Letters

Registration for the 2022 Summer Institute opens January 14, 2022. Once you register, you should receive an email confirmation immediately. If you do not receive your email, check your SPAM folder. If your confirmation is not there, contact Debbie Poggioli at to confirm your reservation.

CASAS cannot process reservations for the Summer Institute without your complete payment (check, purchase order, or credit card).

Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation email, you are not registered.

Registration Fee Includes

  • Training sessions, panels, and workshops
  • Keynote speaker
  • Breakfast (in-person only)
  • Hosted Refreshments (in-person only)
  • Tuesday hosted luncheon (in-person only)
  • Wednesday evening social with buffet (in-person only)

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • The deadline to receive a refund for registration is May 31, 2022.
  • Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Refunds are not available for lab session cancellations.
  • CASAS does not offer partial refunds.
  • If you registered for in-person attendance, and you do not have full vaccination status and are not able to meet the negative test requirement, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for the difference between the in-person fee and the virtual fee.

Session Cancellation Policy

  • CASAS reserves the right to cancel a session if the presenter is unable to attend or other unavoidable circumstances arise.

Notification of Cancellation Policy

  • The cancellation policy for the Institute also appears on event registration materials and confirmation materials.


  • We use Institute photos in our promotional materials. If you prefer that we do not use your photo, let us know.
