2023 Summer Institute Terms and Conditions

Online Registration Opens January 6, 2023.

Once you register, you should receive an email confirmation immediately. If you do not, please check your SPAM folder. If your confirmation is not there, contact Debbie Poggioli at dpoggioli@casas.org to confirm your reservation.

Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation email, you are not registered.

CASAS will not be able to process reservations for the 2023 Summer Institute without your complete payment (check, purchase order, or credit card).

Your Registration Fee Includes

  • Training sessions, panels, and workshops
  • Keynote speaker
  • Breakfast
  • Hosted Refreshments
  • A hosted luncheon
  • An evening social with buffet

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • We will publish the deadline to receive a refund when registration opens. 
  • You will not receive a refund if you decide to switch your registration from in-person to virtual.
  • Cancellations will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Refunds are never available for lab session cancellations.
  • CASAS does not offer partial refunds.
  • We will provide information about health safety when registration opens.
  • If you need to cancel, submit a request to Debbie Poggioli at dpoggioli@casas.org

Session Cancellation Policy

  • CASAS reserves the right to cancel a session if the presenter is unable to attend or other unavoidable circumstances arise.

Notification of Cancellation Policy

  • The cancellation policy for the Institute also appears on event registration materials and confirmation materials.

Photography

  • We use Institute photos in our promotional materials. If you prefer that we do not use your photo, let us know.
