Summer Institute Terms and Conditions

Once you register, you should receive a confirmation email immediately. If you do not, check your Junk folder.

You also may access your confirmation/invoice through the receipt tab on the registration website.

Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation email, you are not registered.

CASAS cannot process reservations without your complete payment (check, purchase order, or credit card).

Your Registration Fee Includes

• Training sessions, panels, and workshops
• Keynote speaker session
• Breakfasts
• A hosted luncheon
• A dinner and social evening event
• Fitness classes
• Discount on Disneyland tickets

Cancellation and Refund Policies

• The deadline to receive a full refund is May 14, 2027. 
• Cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
• Refunds are not available for the Technology Lab Pass.
• Submit any cancellation request to Debbie Poggioli at dpoggioli@casas.org

Session Cancellation Policy

• CASAS reserves the right to cancel a session if the presenter is unable to attend or other unavoidable circumstances arise.

Notification of Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation policy appears on event registration and confirmation materials.

Photography

• We use Institute photos in our promotional materials. Let our photographer know if you prefer that we do not use your photo.
