Summer Institute Terms and Conditions

Confirmation Letters

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after you register. If you do not receive your email, check your SPAM folder. If your confirmation is not there, email Debbie Poggioli at dpoggioli@casas.org to confirm your reservation status.

CASAS cannot process reservations for the Summer Institute without your complete payment (check, purchase order, or credit card).

If you do not receive a confirmation email, you are not registered.

Registration Fees Include

  • More than 100 training sessions, panels and training workshops!
  • Thursday and Friday, June 17 to 18 – Trainings
  • Tuesday and Wednesday, June 22 to 23 – Workshops and panels

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Registration Cancellation

  • The deadline to receive a full refund for registration is Monday, May 31, 2021.
  • Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • CASAS does not offer partial refunds.
  • Cancellations received after Monday, May 31, 2021, are not eligible for a refund.
  • All cancellations must be submitted to Debbie Poggioli by email: dpoggioli@casas.org.

Session Cancellation Policy

  • CASAS reserves the right to cancel a session if the presenter is unable to attend or other unavoidable circumstances arise.

Notification of Cancellation Policy

  • The cancellation policy for the Institute appears on the event registration materials, the event website, and confirmation materials
