Summer Institute Lab Pass

Summer Institute Labs

The CASAS National Summer Institute Lab Pass allows access to technology labs offered throughout the Institute. Our Lab Pass offers freedom, flexibility, and more options than ever.

Passholders will show their wristbands and scan-in with their name badge. Seating is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis, but we also will offer some of our highly attended sessions on Monday afternoon for those able to arrive early.

Only Lab Pass holders will have access to Thursday afternoon Bonus Sessions from 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. Think of these sessions as our usual Office Hours led by Tech Support staff. Come with questions and leave with TOPSpro Enterprise expertise ready to go for the new year!

To view a full list of tech labs, see the Technology Lab Information and Descriptions document below. Times and descriptions are available in the Summer Institute registration section of this website.

Getting and Using Your Lab Pass at the Institute

  1. We expect Tuesday and Wednesday morning sessions to be busier than others, so plan accordingly!

  2. First, check in to the Institute and get your name badge in the registration area.
  3. Next, get your daily wristband at the designated Lab Pass table. Each day, a different color wristband will be necessary. We recommend picking up your pass each morning during breakfast hours or in late afternoon (4 to 5 pm.). A photo ID and conference badge are necessary to pick up your wristband.
  4. Arrive early at your desired lab, as they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
