Math GOALS measures academic and higher-order math skills contained in the National Reporting System (NRS) Educational Functional Levels (EFLs).

The series is a balance of life skills and workplace-related math with content of practical use to adults.

Target Population Adult Basic Education and Adult Secondary Education
Timing Appraisal, 20 items – 30 minutes
Level A/B, 40 items – 60 minutes. Level C/D, 38 items – 75 minutes.
Uses Progress testing in everyday life and workplace math skills
Difficulty Level Beginning literacy (Level A/B) to adult secondary (Level C/D
Placement Tests CBT Locator or Form 900M Appraisal for placement into prestest

Math GOALS assessments correlate to CASAS Competencies and to CASAS Content Standards. Use student test results to help target instruction.

CASAS offers self-paced online Implementation Training at no cost. If you have not yet completed Implementation Training, you'll need to do so prior to ordering the Math GOALS series.
