CASAS is pleased to announce that its new Math GOALS 900 series (Forms 913-914 and 917-918) has been approved for NRS reporting purposes through March, 6, 2022 for ABE and ASE programs. Test content aligns with the College and Career Readiness (CCR) Standards for Adult Education. Both computer-based and paper-based administration will be available. The Math GOALS test series covers all NRS math levels. Questions draw on higher order skills involving basic and advanced math operations, statistics and probability, geometry, and other fields of math.
Math GOALS is the newest math series developed by CASAS. Use the progress tests (pre- and post) in this mathematics literacy series to monitor the progress of your ABE/ASE/HSE students. This math series helps to identify the rigorous academic and everyday math skills that your students need as you prepare them to function productively in today's society, to transition to postsecondary education and training, and to achieve success in the workplace.
