A competitive economy demands workers with strong reading skills — workers who can contribute to company success. Workforce Learning Systems is the tool that pinpoints the reading skills employees must have for today's jobs and tomorrow's company growth.
Use the progress tests (pre- and post) in this targeted reading comprehension series to determine each worker's mastery of essential reading skills.
WLS forms were approved for NRS reporting through June 2014. WLS forms remain a valid measurement instrument and can be used within agencies. However, if agencies need to report data externally for WIOA funding purposes, they should use forms currently approved for NRS reporting.
